First, this paper aims
at defining the notion of Interactive Drama and Interactive Narrative, emphasizing
in particular their differences and what are the stakes in this new domain.
Then, we propose a theoretical model, based
on a non-temporal description of narrative. This model provides the foundations
for the design of our system for Interactive Drama. To illustrate this
innovative approach, the paper provides examples of structural writing
with the system, followed by a discussion of this new form of writing. |
